5-Year Warranty
We make every piece to be worn for a lifetime, so we stand behind it for five years. Simple, and without the small print.
What's covered
Manufacturing faults for five years from delivery: broken clasps or jump rings, chain links that fail under normal wear, loose or lost settings, and plating that wears through within the first 12 months.
What we'll do
We repair your piece free of charge. If a repair isn't possible, we remake it — including your original engraving — at no cost to you.
What isn't covered
Accidental damage, loss or theft, natural tarnish (see our care guide), damage from chemicals, water or impact, and alterations made by anyone other than Forae.
How to claim
Send us your order number, a short description and a photo via the Contact page. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions; return shipping for valid claims is on us.
The warranty applies to pieces bought from foraegift.com or our Etsy shop and stays with the piece, even if it was a gift. To start a claim, head to our Contact page. For everyday upkeep, see Jewellery Care.
